How We Do It

 

Sellers
  • We separate the component parts of real estate services.  You decide which services you need and pay only for those services.  Our fee structure is compatible with hourly rates for similar professional services.  Your plumber, accountant, or a good auto mechanic probably charge more per hour.   
  • We reduce the time an agent typically spends traveling to show properties.  The two most time consuming and costly services performed by a real estate agent are showings and open houses.  We give the Seller the choice to show their home or we can do it for a fee as needed.
  • SHOWING OPTIONS - Buyers call us - we contact you - you decide each time: 
    • Sellers may show their own homes and save.
    • Sellers can hold open houses.
    • We can show the home.
    • We can enlist a member of our REALTOR Network to show the home.
    • Cooperating agents can show your home to their clients (80-90% of sales occur here). 
  • Technology:  
    • Sellers list properties on the same MLS that all REALTORS use to list and sell homes and find sales information and price data.
    • Showing scheduler/feedback (www.Homefeedback.com) system.
    • Buyers get Free MLS access including addresses and automatic email notification of properties meeting your specifications.
    • Link to Google Earth, Map Quest

Sellers - Optional Features

  • +1% if a Revolution Real Estate Services Agent or a member of our REALTOR Network shows the property and secures a buyer.
  • +2%-4% if a Cooperating or Buyer agent shows and secures a buyer.  This is established by Sellers and can be as little as $1 in order to enter the MLS.
  • +Professional Appraisal - $275.00.
  • +Video Tours - $160-$600.
  • P&S Negotiation, Monitor Financing, Coordinate Inspections and Closing - $1,495.
  • Staging Consultant – TBD.
